Welcome to MomMadeMagic . By using this website and purchasing our crochet products, you agree to the following terms. These terms are governed by the laws of India.

2. Product Accuracy

We make every effort to display the colors and images of our products accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. As yarn batches change, slight tonal differences may occur.

3. Pricing & Modifications

• Prices for our products are subject to change without notice (e.g., if yarn prices increase).

• We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Ready-to-Ship Items: Items below Rs.799 are dispatched within 5-7 business days, items above Rs.800 are dispatched within 10-15 business days.

• Made-to-Order Items: Please allow 15-20 business days for production before shipping, as these items are crocheted from scratch just for you.

• MomMadeMagic is not liable for delays caused by courier companies or unforeseen weather conditions.

5. Cancellations

• Standard Orders: Can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

• Custom Orders: Cannot be cancelled. However modifications can be requested within 24 hours of order placement.

Return & Exchange Policy

Welcome to MomMadeMagic! We put a lot of love, time, and attention into every single stitch. Because we are a small, home-grown business dedicated to keeping our handmade prices as accessible as possible, our policy is outlined below.

1. General Policy: All Sales Are Final To maintain our affordable pricing and sustainability as a new small business, we do not offer returns or exchanges at this time.

• We encourage you to read the product description, size dimensions, and yarn details carefully before placing an order.

• Since every item is handmade, slight variations in color or size are natural and are not considered defects.

2. The Exception: Damaged or Wrong Items While we double-check every package, we understand that mistakes can happen. We will offer a replacement or refund only under the following circumstances:

• Gross Defect: The item arrived significantly damaged (e.g., unraveled stitching, torn).

• Wrong Order: You received a completely different product from what you ordered.

3. How to Report an Issue If you receive a defective or wrong item, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Us: Email us at momsendmagic@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your package.

2. Attach Proof: You must attach an unboxing video and clear photos/videos showing the defect/wrong item.

3. Return: Once approval is done from our side, nearest postal address will be communicated.

   Customer should arrange for return of item to our warehouse. Courier cost borne (within Rs.125) will be issued along with refund. Please attach a receipt for the same.

4. Resolution: Once verified, we will issue a full refund within 3-5 business days of receiving the item in our warehouse.
